MEET OUR PROGRAM COORDINATOR & TUESDAY TL1 ASSISTANT FACILITATOR!

Hi I’m Andrea!

Finding joy in the ordinary is one of my guideposts.

Author Henri Nouwen, says it best “Joy does not simply happen to us. We have to choose joy and keep choosing it every day.”

Noticing God in the small everyday joy filled moments has led me to a very full life with the simplest things. A gratitude list and the “Friday Five” (listing 5 things that were life giving to me this week) continue to be two of my most frequent and life giving Spiritual practices.

In this season, most days you can find me driving around my three beautiful kids. Whether we are making our way to soccer games, school, the doctor’s office, or heading off on an adventure - loads of time is spent in the car. It is its own little sanctuary full of hellos and goodbyes, small conversations, big laughter, and endless music.

Growing up on Cape Cod, the salt air and sandy beaches are part of my DNA. Long summer days filled with big waves and warm sun are my absolute favorite. Give me a new book, a fresh towel, and some sunscreen and I will not move for hours.

Loving my family and loving them well is one of my passions. Whether my love is shown through listening, doing, or hugging - I hold their love dearly and gently. They are my greatest gift.

As a PAX participant, PAX was a place where I grew more confident in leaning into God’s goodness, asking questions, and being confident in who God has created me to be. Now, as a PAX staff member, I have the ability to offer this safe and affirming space to others. I listen, encourage, and remind PAX participants that God loves them, is with them, and delights in them each and every day.

A few more things to note about me:

1. Sweatshirts are my love language.

2. I ran the Boston marathon in April 2025. It was a lifelong dream I didn’t know I had nor thought I would ever accomplish.

3. I am truly solar powered - a few days without even just a moment spent in the sunshine and I am withering.

4. I love homemade sourdough bread, but I love ice cream even more.

5. I grew up Catholic and am very thankful for the liturgical words and seasons, even though as a kid I despised them.

I would love to connect with you! If you are looking for a Spiritual Director or are just hoping for someone to listen to your story, please reach out. I love to listen.

At PAX you will find me sending emails and updates, facilitating our TL1 program, engaging in our retreats, and offering Spiritual Direction.
